When you request a quote, contact us, or apply for a job, we may collect your name, company name, email address, phone number, mailing address, shipment or freight details (such as origin, destination, commodity type, and weight), and, for driver or employment applicants, information such as your resume, driving history, certifications, employment history, and other qualifications you choose to submit.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect certain technical information, including your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring/exit pages, and browsing activity on the Site, through cookies, web beacons, and similar tracking technologies.
Information from third parties. We may receive information about you from freight brokers, load boards, background check or motor vehicle record providers (for driver applicants), business partners, and publicly available sources.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:
Service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as dispatch, load-tracking, payment processing, background screening, IT hosting, and analytics providers, under obligations to protect your information.
Business partners, including freight brokers, factoring companies, and shippers, as needed to coordinate and complete transportation services.
